Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

True are partnering with a well-established building services contractor with a strong reputation across the Midlands for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across commercial, residential, public sector, and leisure developments. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they're now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll take ownership of full mechanical installations covering HVAC, plumbing, pipework, energy centres, ventilation, heating, and cooling. You'll oversee all stages from project planning and procurement through to installation and commissioning, managing subcontractors and ensuring smooth on-site delivery.

This is a hands-on role offering a balance between office-based coordination and site management. You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.

• £60,000 basic salary (DOE)

• Proven experience managing mechanical projects from design through to commissioning
• Strong technical background across HVAC, pipework, plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems
• Experience delivering projects ranging from £10K-£10M in value
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
• Based in or around the West Midlands with flexibility to travel to sites as required
