The leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe is looking for a Branch Director who is passionate about excellent service. This role offers a competitive salary, staff discounts, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).

7:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

• Achieve and proactively drive sales growth, sales & margin targets, customer base growth, and customer spend targets through the team.
• Build close and trusted working relationships with operational colleagues to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction are delivered to customers.
• Support and develop the team.
• Work with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager to define and implement sales plans for the branch.

• A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong leadership skills and commercial focus.

• The ability to communicate and influence at all levels, working both within a local team and nationally.
