Event Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Event Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of diverse events from concept to completion.

Day to day responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into clear event plans
• Oversee logistics, staffing, suppliers, and technical support
• Lead on-site operations, solving challenges quickly and professionally
• Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
• Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Conduct post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience in event management or operations (corporate, live, or public events)
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Confident working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
