What You Will Do

As the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that our building and equipment are always in top condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include carrying out routine repairs, maintaining safety systems, supporting larger maintenance projects, and taking care of both the indoor and outdoor areas of the home.

Your Role Will Include
  • Completing repairs and general maintenance tasks across the home
  • Conducting electrical and safety checks to prevent faults and hazards
  • Installing and maintaining equipment and appliances
  • Keeping outdoor areas clean and well presented
  • Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects as required
  • Ensuring all maintenance work meets high health and safety standards
  • Working flexibly to support the needs of the home, including occasional weekend or on call duties
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or caretaking role
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and joinery skills
  • A hands on, practical approach with great attention to detail
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to creating a safe, comfortable environment for residents
