Mobile Cleaning Operative

Solo Service Group are recruiting a mobile cleaning operative to join our team on a full time basis across the Herefordshire, Shropshire & Worcestershire counties.

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

• Weekly Hours - 40
• Daily Hours - 8
• Days of Work - Monday to Friday and some weekend working will be required.
• Applicant will be required to be fully flexible to provide cleaning cover for the wider team's annual leave, illness absence and reactive call outs as required.
• A full, clean UK driving licence required as a company vehicle will be provided to the successful applicant.

Rate of Pay – £13.77 per hour

Please note Police vetting will be required for this role.

Tasks to include vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins, cleaning cells, toilets, kitchens, offices and other site spaces as required.

• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously

• Good attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
