Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our team at a corporate site in Swindon. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow established procedures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness. What you'll do:

• Undertake all cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor/manager.
• Complete scheduled cleaning duties to the required standard.
• Wear the company uniform and any required personal protective equipment while on duty.
• Comply with all site policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Follow the company's cleaning methods and color‑coding policies.
• Report any faults with cleaning equipment or building defects to the supervisor or General Services manager.
• Attend training as required and carry out any reasonable management requests.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with staff and visitors.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses.
• Self‑motivated with a positive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible approach to work and duties.

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday 2:00pm to 10:00pm and Friday 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• £12.60 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package
