Overview
Workshop Manager | £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime | Rota:
Monday - Friday - DAYS
My client, a large plant / machinery fleet company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Workshop Manager to join their fitter team.
Responsibilities- Routine maintenance of heavy plant machinery (Excavators, Dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, etc.) with a good understanding of the equipment from prior roles
- Support the current engineers within the workshop
- Adhere to health and safety requirements
- Manage engineer and yard staff workloads
- Fault finding
- Inspections of work carried out
- A competitive salary with excellent overtime rates

- Overtime at an increased rate
- A professionally recognised qualification in Plant maintenance and repair (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence
