Senior Engineer - HVAC

Keystone Recruitment Partners are delighted to be working with our UK-Wide Air Conditioning and Heating client who have impressive growth plans after winning multiple national tenders and new-client wins.

As a result our client is recruiting for Senior/Lead HVAC Engineers/AC Engineers to join existing teams and provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members. Our client are unique in the sector - they really look after their staff with impressive benefits and bonus schemes and, after 1 year of service, employees are auto-enrolled into the company ownership scheme - meaning you own shares in the business.

This role is a permanent position based from their

Birmingham office but working on client sites.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of:

1) Proven track record in commercial Air Conditioning service and maintenance. (Experience in retail/hospitality/manufacturing/hotels/sports and leisure would be beneficial)

2) Current F-Gas Certification

3) Full, Clean UK Driving Licence

4) Experience working onsite with customers - communicating in a professional manner

5) Technical leadership - ability to solve technical HVAC problems and show other engineers how

6) Ambition to develop your skills, hunger to learn more technology and gain training and certifications.

7) Proven ability to work remotely.

8) Experienced in keeping mainenance documentation up to date

9) Knowledge and/or certifications in all relevant health and safety requirements
