Maintenance Stores Controller Main purpose of the job

• Ensuring timely identification and purchase of maintenance and technical critical spares.
• Day to day accountability for all stores-based consumables across a multi building site.
• Day to day accountability for all spares repairs off site.
• Manage vending machine systems across a multi building site.
• Ensuring the stores critical spares database is effectively populated and maintained.
• Booking in/out of equipment as required through the database.
• Ensure PPE requirements are inعيم for all employees.
• Raising orders, booking in and out of all site maintenance and process consumables.
• Working with M&E suppliers to provide stock for high turnover, low value consumables.

Ensure all Health & Safety and housekeeping procedures are adhered to during daily processes.
