• Attend college to study the academic and practical elements of the apprenticeship.
• Support the maintenance team in carrying out planned and reactive mechanical repairs.
• Perform daily checks and mechanical testing to ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnose faults and assist with breakdown response and resolution.
• Contribute ideas to improve plant performance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, with a strong focus on health and safety.
• Work both inside and outside, sometimes in dusty or confined environments. Full protective clothing is provided, and all colleagues support safety as everyone's responsibility.

Qualification:

Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician (MOET). You’ll be required to attend college as part of the program.

• Aged 18 or over by the start date.
• GCSEs Grade A–C / 9–4 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
