A well-established Housing Association in the West Midlands area is seeking a part-time cleaner on a temporary contract.
Job Details:- Job title: Cleaner
- Location: West Midlands
- Hours: 10 hours per week
- Hourly rate: £16 per hour via umbrella
- Cleaning communal areas in the office
- Removing small dumped items and bin bags to collection area
- Performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members
- Understanding of COSHH processes
- Previous cleaning experience
