Access Anchor : Performing key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises at required times.

Maintenance Mechanic : Carrying out routine minor repairs general maintenance and ensuring external contractors adhere to site rules.

Safety & Security : Overseeing site security monitoring CCTV and ensuring clear pathways and safe external areas.

Essential Requirements : Proven experience in a maintenance or site role strong practical skills and a trustworthy and flexible approach to working in an educational environment.
