Buyer Design-Led Residential Developer South Coast

We re exclusively partnering with a progressive, design-driven residential developer delivering distinctive, high-quality homes across the South Coast. This is not volume house building this is carefully crafted, characterful development with real attention to detail.

With a strong land pipeline secured and multiple schemes moving forward, they re now looking to appoint an experienced Buyer to play a key role in their continued growth.

This is an opportunity to join a business with momentum, ambition, and genuine pride in what they build.

This is more than a transactional buying role. You’ll take ownership of procurement across multiple live and upcoming developments, working closely with Commercial and Site teams to drive programme certainty, cost control, and supply chain performance without ever compromising on quality. You’ll have real influence, visibility, and the chance to make a tangible commercial impact.

• Lead procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract packages across multiple sites
• Negotiate robust terms and pricing to secure best value and mitigate risk
• Build and develop long-term, strategic supplier relationships
• Align procurement strategy with programme and forecasting requirements
• Support value engineering initiatives and ongoing supply chain improvement

• Proven Buying experience within residential development or house building
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation capability
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple live schemes
• Strong communicator comfortable working closely with site and commercial teams
• Solid technical understanding of residential construction materials and processes
• COINS or similar system experience advantageous
