Inbound Deck Planner – DHL Supply Chain
Pay Rate: £36,951.25

Contract Type: Permanent (full‑time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm

Responsibilities- Produce accurate inbound & outbound receiving/dispatch plans across 9 sites consisting of 40 individual dock plans to ensure a smooth inbound receiving profile.
- Perform weekly reviews with DHL Freight (Ops & Planning) and inbound receiving teams to understand changes and challenges and to audit actuals vs. planned for optimisation activities via KPI analysis.
- Analyse data via deck capacity model to anticipate potential issues for both business and customers in a BAU environment, and support new model launches or significant receiving changes that inform decision‑making on receiving constraints and required business changes.
- Assist SAP dock planners in providing dock plans and changes to be uploaded into the SAP tool for LOC.
- Strong data experience is essential.
- Strong operational knowledge is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, including other Microsoft Office packages.
