Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant issues, and development projects. Giving clear, practical advice on complex property transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property documents.
