Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working with a well-established Birmingham-based legal team is looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to support a busy and respected litigation practice. This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, exposure to high-quality work, and the chance to grow alongside experienced solicitors.

The Role:

Assisting with a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and lease issues

Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles

Managing files from instruction through to resolution

Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, courts, and counsel

Keeping cases on track with strong organisation and attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience as a paralegal in property litigation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidence juggling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in property law
