The role

As a Senior Lawyer in our Serious Injury Team, you will handle a portfolio of complex, high-value multi-track cases involving catastrophic injuries such as brain and spinal trauma, amputations, and severe orthopaedic injuries. These often arise from serious road traffic collisions, workplace incidents, or public liability accidents. You will also contribute to the wider strategic and operational goals of the department, sharing best practice, overseeing case quality, and assisting in business development initiatives. You will lead cases from instruction through to trial or settlement, developing litigation strategy, instructing counsel and experts, and participating in JSMs, ADR, and court proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior litigator who wants to combine hands-on casework with meaningful leadership responsibility.
