Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded law firm, based in the Birmingham
area
, which is seeking a qualified and experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, including police station attendances, Magistrates’ Court advocacy, and general criminal defence work.
- Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’ Courts and, where appropriate, Crown Courts.
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice and advocacy to clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the department through your own client following or business development, if applicable.
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Regular and consistent duty solicitor rota slots.
- Flexible working arrangements where possible.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
