Join one of the largest specialist teams in the health sector and one of the leading advisers to health bodies in England and Wales. We're seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence team, to be based in either our Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester or Cardiff office.
Responsibilities- Contribute to clinical negligence claims on behalf of defendant clients, particularly the NHS LA, providing high-quality legal services on complex matters.
- Manage your own caseload including high value and complex claims, while delegating and supervising tasks to more junior lawyers.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver practical, commercially aware legal advice.
- Flexible, ambitious and results-oriented lawyer with clinical negligence experience (preferably defendant).
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork; keen interest in taking responsibility and developing the business.
