A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its specialist Hospitality, Leisure & Drinks Team. The group advises major pub companies, brewers, restaurant and bar operators, hotel groups and leisure brands on a wide range of operator‑focused, property‑led matters. Acting for household‑name clients across the UK, the team delivers fast, commercial advice grounded in how the sector truly operates.

In this role, you will work with a varied operator client base across pubs, bars, restaurants, late‑night venues, hotels and wider leisure. Typical work includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development and pre‑let arrangements, portfolio re‑gears and ongoing estate management involving L&T matters, variations, licences, easements and ancillary agreements. You will also support on operator‑specific issues such as TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory considerations, working alongside specialist colleagues as needed.

This is a highly collaborative national practice, offering close knit support across multiple offices and encouraging lawyers to build networks and client relationships early in their careers.
