Overview
Our client, a leading global law firm, is expanding its Motor Injury team and is seeking dedicated Fee Earners to manage a varied caseload of motor injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting top UK motor insurers.
The Role- Handle motor injury claims from instruction through to conclusion
- Work on both pre-litigation and litigated cases
- Manage client relationships with insurers and claims handling companies
- Apply effective negotiation and litigation strategies
- Deliver high-quality client service and case management
- 1 year plus relevant legal experience
- Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor/motor recovery work
- Strong client-facing and case management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proven negotiation skills
- Work with a market-leading motor injury team
