JOB

• This highly reputable practice is looking to appoint an additional Costs Lawyer into their thriving litigation team.
• The successful Costs Lawyer will be managing costs instructions from instruction through to the finish.
• You will be drafting bills of costs, drafting costs budgets, negotiating and advising on costs law, procedure and strategy.
• You will possess excellent technical skills in this area and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ideal Costs Lawyer will have proven experience of leading on matters as well as a wide range of experience of advising on costs litigation.
• Applications are welcomed from Costs Lawyers, Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have experience of supervising more junior members of the team.
• With a passion for this sector, you will have the drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
