Corporate Associate – 1–5 PQE | International Legal 100 Firm | Birmingham | Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid Working

Corporate Associate (1–5 PQE) is sought by a prestigious Legal 100 international law firm in Birmingham. The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (three days in the office, two days remote), a competitive salary of £72,000–£80,000 (depending on PQE), and an attractive bonus scheme

The role is transactional and offers exposure across General M&A, FS M&A, TMT M&A, Public Company Advisory, Private Capital
. Previous experience in all areas is not required—a genuine desire to learn and develop is key. This provides a well‑rounded experience and a platform to identify a specialism as your career progresses.

• Deliver excellent client care and manage matters proactively
• Collaborate across teams and support junior colleagues where appropriate
• Build and maintain client relationships and networks
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and contribute to the growth of the practice
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development
