Our clients Private Client (Wealth) Planning team is recognised as a top-tier department. Many of their clients hold significant business and/or agricultural interests, with relationships that are often long standing and consistently generate work across multiple departments. The firm's strong reputation in the local market leads to a high volume of new referrals, while the team's outstanding service levels ensure a steady stream of internal referrals and high-quality, high-net-worth work.

This is a key strategic appointment and will include the full support of the national Private Client leadership team. The successful candidate will not necessarily need to bring an existing client following, as they will be expected to nurture an established client base and use their relationship building skills to network and further enhance the department's exceptional reputation.

• 10+ PQE:
  At least ten years post‑qualification experience, demonstrating a strong and comprehensive understanding of Private Client practice.
• Partner-level experience:
  Previous experience as a Partner within a law firm, showing clear leadership capability and the ability to contribute to the firm's ongoing success.
