6+ years PQE, Birmingham – To c £100,000 + extensive benefits and flexible working options – Award‑winning National Law Firm is expanding its commercial team and seeks additional expertise.

• Advising clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters including AI, licensing agreements and data protection queries.
• Supervising less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development.
• Demonstrating strong drafting and negotiation skills, relationship building and confident leadership.

• At least 6 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection.
• Technically excellent with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
