Senior Associate - FSDI

Oculus are working with a Top 100 firm in Birmingham who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Financial Services Dispute Investigations team.

This is a well-established national firm with a strong reputation for high-quality advice across complex commercial and financial matters. Looking for:

• A confident associate able to handle a professional negligence and varied caseload
• Strong supervision skills, working effectively with the wider team
• Experience across a range of dispute and claim work
• Understanding of CPR and litigation processes, ideally with experience in insurance, property, or commercial litigation within a financial context
• Commercial awareness to build, maintain, and sustain client relationships
