Real Estate Solicitor, 2+ PQE

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading international law firm in Birmingham.

You will be part of a highly regarded Real Estate team, advising on a broad range of high-quality matters including investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. The role involves working closely with an experienced Partner on complex, high-value transactions.

The team acts for a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, including global sports brands, international coffee chains, and well-known UK businesses.

• Managing a varied caseload across investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
• Supporting the Real Estate Partner in driving growth and continuous improvement within the team
• Working closely with clients to deliver practical, clear, and commercially focused legal advice
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while contributing to business development with new and existing clients
