My client is currently looking for an experienced Court of Protection Legal Professional to bolster its close-knit and busy team, taking on a caseload of Court of Protection matters.

• Manage your own caseload of Court of Protection matters and assist a solicitor on more complex cases.
• Prepare court bundles and liaise with clients, courts and third parties.
• Handle deputyship applications for health and welfare and undertake legal research.

• Experience in Court of Protection work.
• Grade C or D Fee Earner level with the ability to slot straight into a busy Court of Protection team.
• Excellent people skills and empathy; keen to progress in this area of law.
• National multi-site and specialised law firm background, with a motivating and supportive work environment.
