Role Overview- Manage a busy caseload of clinical negligence claims on behalf of injured claimants
- Work alongside senior colleagues on larger and complex cases, including catastrophic injuries
- Handle high‑profile cases such as birth injury settlements, brain injury claims, and inquests
- Qualified solicitor, NQ in 2025 with at least one clinical negligence seat, or
- Up to 3‑4 years PQE in clinical negligence
- Genuine passion for clinical negligence law and a commitment to client care
