An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham. This role is ideal for an experienced employment lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You will advise on complex and high‑value employment matters, including strategic HR advice, senior exits, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, TUPE, restructurings, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice in the Birmingham market.
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law
- Strong background in both contentious and non‑contentious matters
- Confident advising on complex, high‑risk employment issues
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
- Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions‑focused approach
- Senior role within a respected and established employment team
