Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham. This role is suited to an experienced family lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on a broad range of complex family law matters, including divorce and separation, high‑value financial remedy work, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements.

• Manage your own caseload of complex family law matters
• Provide independent senior legal advice to clients on sensitive and high‑value cases
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support business development initiatives
• Contribute to the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm's family practice in the Birmingham market

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in family law
• Strong background in complex financial remedy and private children matters
• Confident advising clients independently on sensitive and high‑value cases
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
