We are seeking an experienced Associate (3‑5 PQE) with a proven track record in M&A to join our successful Corporate team in Birmingham. With a strong pipeline of work, you will be engaged at a great time, working on a range of high‑profile, corporate matters.

YouYou’ll be an experienced Associate with a solid background in M&A, private equity or equity capital markets. You have a demonstrable track record in corporate matters and excellent academic credentials. You bring the drive and ability to deliver high‑quality work, take initiative, build long‑lasting relationships with clients, and communicate effectively in a collaborative team environment. You ideally come from a well‑recognised international, national or regional practice and have international experience.
