Real Estate Associate (4-8 PQE) – Bevan Brittan LLP

The Property Department at Bevan Brittan LLP has experienced significant growth and is currently looking for an Associate (4+ PQE) to join our Birmingham office with flexible hybrid working. The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of commercial property, supporting large‑scale development and mixed‑use regeneration schemes. You will act for a variety of clients including local authorities, registered providers, central government, universities and more, supporting them with a wide range of investment and development work.

• Some development experience desirable (although significant experience not essential)
• Experience acting for public sector clients also desirable
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
• Confidence in working directly with clients
• An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
• A keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
• A practical and commercial approach
• An interest in business development
