IPCT Solicitor / Associate

Responsibilities- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including product supply, distribution, agency, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, managed services, IT agreements (software licensing, SaaS, system integration projects), outsourcing, facilities management and consumer contract law.
- Provide intellectual property licensing and non‑contentious IP advice.
- Advise on bribery and modern slavery compliance.
- Advise clients on data protection compliance, including UK GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.
- Manage intellectual property portfolios (trademarks) and handle IP disputes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
