Salary: £36,468.00 - £45,586.00 (in exceptional circumstances we would consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range)

We are seeking a Technical Advisor to join our Project Management Team in London. This role combines technical and administrative support, helping to maintain systems, support research, and ensure projects run efficiently. You will work closely with the leadership team to support day‑to‑day operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

• Provide fast, hands‑on support for the Viewpoint system, assisting internal teams and external consultants with project setup, tender packs, access issues, and technical queries.
• Deliver Viewpoint and IDP training.
• Support day‑to‑day administration and work closely with the Information Manager to manage the Information Delivery Plan (IDP) process.
• Help ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and Building Safety Act requirements while providing ongoing support to consultants.
