Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to deal with a portfolio of major & complex property damage claims as a result of perils (fire, flood, storm etc).
Responsibilities- Handle claims / projects up to £1m in value.
- Visit site(s) to assess the damage and determine causation / policy liability.
- Write / submit full reports, outlining your findings and commenting on the nature and extent of damage.
- Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
Ideally you will hold MRICS or Assoc
RICS (minimum) qualification.
