Win as a Team

We are currently recruiting for a Motor Trade Underwriter to join our Commercial Lines team in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.

• Underwriting and negotiating new and/or existing Motor Trade business within your authority
• Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement
• Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable growth
• Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices
• Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas
• Representing our brand at broker meeting, industry events and field visits as needed

• Experience of Motor Trade Underwriting is essential
• Motor Fleet Underwriting or other commercial classes would be beneficial
  
  A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategy
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers
