Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to deal with a portfolio of major & complex property damage claims as a result of subsidence or perils (fire, flood, storm etc).

You will handle claims / projects up to £1mn value. You will be expected to visit site and sites to assess the damage and determine causation / policy liability. You will write / submit full reports, outlining your findings and commenting with regards to the nature and extent of damage. You will also negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.

Ideally, you will be MRICS or MCIOB qualified, although this isn't essential.
