Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Analyst Interns to join our team in Birmingham. This internship will provide hands‑on experience in analyzing business requirements, gathering data, and assisting in creating effective IT and business solutions. You will work closely with senior analysts and project managers on real client projects, gaining valuable exposure to both the business and technology domains.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support in preparing detailed business and functional requirement documents.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution.
• Help create workflow diagrams, process maps, and data models.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and designers for project deliverables.
• Contribute to identifying gaps between business needs and IT solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and scenarios.
• Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in project environments.
• Work with SQL or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for ongoing projects.
• Shadow senior analysts to understand client interaction skills.
• Gain exposure to project lifecycle management and requirement traceability.
• Assist in change management activities and communication planning.
• Perform market research to support strategic decision‑making.
