Technical Design Lead

Design, deliver and evaluate training for core business systems, while creating engaging, accessible e-learning that drives digital improvement and equips colleagues with the skills to deliver outstanding tenant services.

• Design and deliver training for core systems (including Northgate, CRM) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Govern and continuously improve the Learning Management System (My Learning).
• Create interactive e-learning and multimedia content, translating technical systems into practical guidance.
• Support system upgrades and rollouts as a subject matter expert, producing “just-in-time” materials.
• Maintain digital training records and intranet learning pages.
• Use LMS data to measure impact and report to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to address skills gaps and support digital transformation.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead implementation and adoption of digital learning initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and manage digital learning projects end-to-end.

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience with systems such as Northgate, CRM or Workforce Scheduling.
• LMS administration experience (user management, reporting, configuration).
• Skilled in e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate or similar) and standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify technical content.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Committed to keeping up to date with emerging learning technologies.
