Overview
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Intern to work on projects that leverage emerging technologies to improve business efficiency, customer engagement, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Support digital automation projects within different departments
- Research latest digital tools and transformation trends
- Assist in implementing new software solutions for workflow efficiency
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements
- Help with data migration and system integration tasks
- Document digital transformation progress and outcomes
- Support cloud computing initiatives and SaaS applications
- Assist with training sessions for staff on new digital tools
- Test and troubleshoot new digital platforms before company-wide use
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth digital adoption
- Assist in managing CRM and ERP systems
- Monitor digital project KPIs and prepare progress reports
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Develop user-friendly digital process guides
- Support cross-departmental digital innovation projects
