Job Description –
Lead AI Creato r
As Lead AI Creator , you’ll be our creator - in - chief - a hands - on storyteller and digital influencer who builds Kainos’ AI narrative and presence from the ground up. Sitting in the AI leadership team, you’ll help set the strategy and produce multiformat content that’s fast, accurate , and compelling. You’ll learn the subject matter deeply, spot trends early, and use the latest tooling to turn ideas into market - ready content within hours, not weeks.
You will partner with Product, Engineering and Business Development to craft integrated narratives that support commercial priorities, attract customers and partners , and build a differentiated AI brand - while staying true to our “ One Kainos ” tone of voice and brand standards.
What you’ll do Own the AI narrative and operate like a startup- Define and continuously evolve the AI narrative, messaging pillars, and content architecture that ladder up to Kainos’ brand positioning.
- Run a nimble, test - and - learn content engine with rapid briefs, fast cycles, and weekly releases across priority channels.
- Build reusable “story packs” (value props, proof points, visuals, scripts) that others can deploy at pace.
- Personally research, script, write, film, and edit content across video, social, long form, decks, and demos; collaborate with designers where needed.
- Track developer and AI trends daily; jump on timely moments with credible takes, demos, and explainers tailored to strategic audiences.
- Use modern creation tools (e.g., Copilot, Synthesia , Canva) responsibly and on - brand- leveraging approved assets, templates and visual guidance; following the company stance on to preserve authenticity and trust.
- Build and curate relationships with developers, creators, partners, industry groups, media, and communities to amplify reach.
- Shape our social presence with a personality - led approach, aligning to channel strategies (e.g., the latest Instagram playbook)
- Represent Kainos at events, on panels, and in community spaces as a credible, practical voice on applied AI.
- Turn delivery outcomes and technical breakthroughs into clear customer value stories, demos, and case studies.
- Support GTM with compelling decks, one - pagers, talk tracks, and thought leadership writing ; ensure nomenclature and naming align with One Kainos principles.
- Establish a simple content intake and “editorial stand up” rhythm so teams can feed wins and insights into the pipeline.
- Instrument content and channels; use analytics to guide topics, formats, timing, and iteration.
- Report concise, actionable insights: what resonated, what didn’t , and the next experiments to run.
- A maker’s bias : a standout portfolio showing hands - on creation (video, social threads, demos, longform ) that explains complex tech with clarity.
- Credible understanding of AI, developer tooling, and cloud ecosystems —and the curiosity to go deep without waiting for someone else to brief you.
- Proven experience growing audiences (e.g., developer, technical buyer, or exec) across at least one owned or social channel.
- Mastery of rapid - production workflows using Copilot, Canva, Synthesia (or equivalents), shortform video editors, and analytics tools—applied within brand/visual guidelines.
