Overview

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a global technology business; they specialise in helping global enterprise sized businesses to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their processes by analysing data and identifying opportunities for cost optimization. They are keen to appoint an IT Director to be based out of the Birmingham office on a Hybrid model, paying a salary range up to £80,000 plus car allowance and bonus.

The permanent opportunity for an IT Director will pay a salary range up to £80,000 plus cash car allowance and bonus. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing SME that has grown year on year, supporting global businesses and customers.

• Build structure & process – create develop workflows, framework, technical process
• Create and drive an app upgrade programme – create technical roadmap to modernise self built apps
• Leadership – implement KPIs, reporting and dashboards
• Align IT strategy with group
• Team leadership

• Strong SQL knowledge and understand technical architecture
• Lead with SQL and support custom built applications
• Have led technical teams (developers ideally)
• Lead technical and business transformation
