Application Support Specialist

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a leading UK‑based law firm. They have a strong history of providing legal services across various sectors. Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced Application Support Specialist, paying a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits. The role is based out of the central Birmingham offices with a hybrid working model.

As an experienced Application Support Specialist, you will ensure stability, performance and improvement of the firm’s core applications. Working closely with lawyers, partners and support teams you will provide high‑quality technical support, enhancements, upgrades and projects.

• Support core applications
• Manage escalated tickets and resolve application issues
• Diagnose and resolve application issues
• Investigate recurring problems and propose long‑term solutions
• Assist with testing for system upgrades
• Deliver training sessions across key applications and workflows

• Experience in Legal, Finance or Professional Services
• Business application experience – Microsoft 365 and related integrations
• Analyse complex issues and provide solutions

The permanent role offers a salary up to £35,000 and hybrid working from the central Birmingham offices.
