This is an exciting time to be joining the Group as we deliver our Digital Transformation programme. You will work closely with technical teams, service managers and suppliers to design, optimise and embed digital solutions that deliver genuine business value and improve the experience for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimise business systems and proactively identify business areas that will benefit from core system optimisation or enhancements
  • Troubleshoot problems relating to business systems and design and implement solutions as appropriate
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure new digital systems implementations are aligned to business need, customer demand and technology and support standards, providing support and remedial actions where necessary
  • Analyse existing platforms and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification and improved user experience
  • Provide a readily available "As-Is" subject matter expertise in core systems functionality and use this to identify and bridge gaps in "To-Be" modelling activity
  • Design and document workflows and system integrations across business systems
Benefits
  • Be part of a purpose-driven organisation with a strong social mission
  • Play a key role in a major transformation that will shape the future of Trident Group
  • Work alongside teams dedicated to improving the lives of thousands of residents and service users across the Midlands
  • Join an agile working journey and develop a highly collaborative culture with opportunities for professional and personal development
  • Work in a forward-thinking organisation that encourages accountability and values innovation and creativity

How to Apply

If you think this role is a good fit for you, click apply and upload your CV. All applicants must provide their right to work documentation at interview stage, such as a valid passport, which will be verified to check your eligibility to work and live in the UK. As an organisation we do not offer visa sponsor ships; only applicants with existing right to work in the UK will be considered.

Relevant roles will be subject to a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should sufficient applications be received.

We only consider agency introductions where a signed agreement is in place, and where the agency has been specifically contacted by a member of our People & Culture Team. We do not accept responsibility for any fees related to unsolicited or speculative CV submissions made directly to our employees or outside of the above.

You are first and foremost a people-focused problem solver, identifying innovative ways of overcoming challenges using technology. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the housing sector, having supported, implemented or worked to develop a recognised Housing Management System to deliver outstanding services to residents. In a perfect world this would include Rubixx Housing, but this isn't essential. It is more important that you understand core business processes and can rapidly learn new technology to help improve how we deliver these.

Highly organised, you are proactive in your approach to addressing business challenge and happiest when interacting with your colleagues.

Don't worry if you don't match 100% of the Job Description! We are a unique business looking for unique talent. If you're an experienced systems specialist with an analyst approach and work best as part of a team, you should apply now and see what happens!
