This isn't just a "reset my password" role. You will be a key player in our global Information Systems department, supporting our enterprise-scale environment during a critical shift. You’ll handle complex escalations, manage modern cloud workplace tools, and ensure our staff has the technical heartbeat they need to create extraordinary travel memories for our customers.
What You’ll Do- Solve Complex Issues: Provide second-level technical support for incidents and service requests via email, phone, and walk-ups.
- Master the Modern Workplace: Administer Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory
, managing user life cycles and modern communication groups. - Optimize Endpoints: Use Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF to manage a diverse fleet of Windows and Mac OS devices in a largely remote-ready environment.
- Manage Infrastructure: Handle OU creation, GPO management, and security group administration within Active Directory.
- Hardware & Assets: Support the full lifecycle of corporate assets—from imaging and assignment to troubleshooting printers, conferencing hardware, and network connectivity.
- Lead by Example: Document resolutions to grow our internal IT knowledge base and provide technical briefings to staff members.
We need a proactive troubleshooter who can work autonomously and stay calm under pressure.
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in a desktop support or IT environment.
- Technical Depth: Mid-to-advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Cloud & Directory Savvy: Proven experience with Active Directory (GPOs, OUs) and Office 365 administration.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to perform complex analysis of PC hardware and office automation software.
- Communication: Superior customer service skills with the ability to build relationships through active listening and professional communication.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift and move hardware (up to 50 lbs / 22 kg) such as monitors, servers, and equipment pallets when required.
