Platform Ownership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for HiBob.
- Define and execute the HiBob roadmap aligned with HR and business strategy.
- Lead system upgrades, feature rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement new modules and functionalities.
- Configure workflows, permissions, approvals, lifecycle events, and automation.
- Manage organizational structures, custom fields, document templates, and policies.
- Maintain system security roles and access governance.
- Oversee data integrity, audits, and compliance standards.
- Manage integrations between HiBob and payroll, ATS, benefits, finance, and other enterprise systems.
- Partner with IT on API configurations and data exchanges.
- Troubleshoot integration errors and system issues.
- Support SSO and identity management setup.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Deliver workforce insights including headcount, turnover, DEI metrics, and compensation analytics.
- Ensure accurate data for audits, finance reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to streamline processes.
- Translate business needs into system solutions.
- Serve as escalation point for complex system issues.
- Support cross-functional HR transformation initiatives.
