Platform Ownership & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for HiBob.
  • Define and execute the HiBob roadmap aligned with HR and business strategy.
  • Lead system upgrades, feature rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement new modules and functionalities.
Configuration & Administration
  • Configure workflows, permissions, approvals, lifecycle events, and automation.
  • Manage organizational structures, custom fields, document templates, and policies.
  • Maintain system security roles and access governance.
  • Oversee data integrity, audits, and compliance standards.
Integrations & Technical Management
  • Manage integrations between HiBob and payroll, ATS, benefits, finance, and other enterprise systems.
  • Partner with IT on API configurations and data exchanges.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and system issues.
  • Support SSO and identity management setup.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Deliver workforce insights including headcount, turnover, DEI metrics, and compensation analytics.
  • Ensure accurate data for audits, finance reporting, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to streamline processes.
  • Translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex system issues.
  • Support cross-functional HR transformation initiatives.
