Position: Microsoft Solutions Lead (Sales Enablement & Ecosystem)

The Microsoft Practice Lead is a senior leadership role and the principal consultant and thought leader for all Microsoft-related solutions across TXP. With a primary focus on Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft Business Applications (including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform), you will define and drive our Microsoft strategy, strengthen our market presence, and accelerate the growth of our Microsoft practice globally.

You will partner closely with Sales, Sector Leads, and Delivery teams to design, position, and deliver innovative Microsoft-based solutions that address complex business and technology challenges—particularly within the Financial Services and Public Sector industries. You will shape compelling value propositions, lead solution assurance, and act as a senior sponsor on key engagements.

In addition, you will create and promote thought leadership (blogs, whitepapers, frameworks), represent TXP at industry events, and deepen our presence and influence within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is central to advancing TXP’s Microsoft capability, expanding our partnership, and driving sustained revenue and gross profit growth.

  • Excellence: Set and uphold the highest standards across solution design, architecture, delivery assurance, thought leadership, and team capability, ensuring TXP is recognised as a top-tier Microsoft partner.

Strategic Leadership and Practice Growth
  • Define and lead the vision, strategy, and go to market approach for TXP’s Microsoft practice, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s technology roadmap and emerging market demand, with a strong focus on Financial Services and the Public Sector.
  • Strengthen and expand strategic relationships with Microsoft and global partners to unlock new sales opportunities, joint account development, funding programs, and strategic collaboration.
  • Build and develop a high performing Microsoft capability, fostering a culture that is commercially aware, client focused, and innovation driven.
  • Ensure solutions and delivery approaches reflect global best practices and insights from international engagements.
Sales Leadership and Pre Sales Excellence
  • Work closely with Sales and Sector Leads to drive significant growth in Microsoft related revenue and gross profit, ensuring the practice meets or exceeds annual growth targets.
  • Lead complex pre sales engagements, including opportunity qualification, client discovery, solution development, and executive level presentations.
  • Shape, cost, and assure compelling Microsoft solutions that are commercially sound, technically robust, and strongly differentiated in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for Microsoft services, actively contributing to account planning, opportunity creation, and long term client growth.
