We are seeking a motivated IT Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of IT projects and services across the UK&I. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of two brand-new technology solutions within ISS, shaping their implementation and driving innovation.

Job Description

As Delivery Manager, you will ensure IT projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Initially, your focus will be supporting the mobilisation of new customers, ensuring seamless technology integration. You will also contribute to internal delivery initiatives, supporting ISS’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Technology Delivery Manager
• Manage governance, update plans, and track progress
• Collaborate with teams to support mobilisation
• Oversee dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Competencies & Qualifications

• Previous Project experience (essential)
• Experience in Facilities Management sector preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Experience in Facilities Management (beneficial but not essential)
• Able to attain BPSS Clearance
