Join our IT support team to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, user support, and maintaining IT systems. This internship is ideal for students passionate about solving technical issues and learning enterprise support tools.
Responsibilities:
️ Respond to support requests and IT tickets
️ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
️ Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and networks
️ Maintain user and system documentation
️ Support basic server and network tasks
️ Help manage user accounts and access rights
️ Install and update software and drivers
️ Learn to use ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, JIRA)
️ Educate users on IT best practices
️ Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
